Great app and great support from the team. Some tax rules didn't work correctly with partial refunds, but they changed the formula and now every thing works great.

Very good invoicing app. Many customizations can be made directly by the user, and if specific requirements arise, these can also be implemented in the code. If something cannot be achieved, the support team is always helpful and, upon request, also carries out adjustments and provides the corresponding templates.

We’ve been using this app to send invoices to our customers, and it’s been really solid. It has plenty of useful features, but still feels simple and easy to use. Customising the templates to match our brand was straightforward, which was important for us. It helps keep everything looking consistent and professional. Support has been brilliant as well. We've been really enjoying MS Order Invoice Generator, it provides our basic need to send customer invoices when requested, along with a ton of other great features. Their support team is also fantastic and helps promptly with any questions we have - Jay was especially helpful in finding a resolution for us.

Really good. An extra option would be great where we can send the unpaid order an fixed invoice and to the paid order just a receipt and a different mail without the ask to pay the due amount.

This app is already better than the one I was using. I specifically needed to embed hyperlinks/buttons in Shopify's native order notification emails and this app fits that bill. Relatively easy to use and I couldn't be happier. This will help me give my customers what they expect and I couldn't be happier thus far. Only a few days in, but the outlook is GOOD!
