Very good experience with the app so far. Our company is integrating through Fedex for parcel shipping rates and it truly is a seamless integration that returns the exact rates as our Fedex calculator.

The setup process can seem intimidating with so many different settings, but the developer and support teams are quick to identify problems and provide solutions within 24 hours.

Great app, with even better support! Was a bit lost before I got set-up, but had meeting with their staff and got rolling in less than 30 minutes! Staff was very knowledgable on the challenges in my marketplace, and gave feedback on how I can improve my workflow and optimise my Shopify catalog to improve the customer experience.

10/10 support with a lovely app that I'm looking forward to using for many years to come!

This is by far the best shipping automation app I have ever used. This app has allowed me to scale my company dramatically and efficiently over the past year since I have been using it. Not to mention their customer service is INCREDIBLE. Touseef has hopped on a zoom call with me several times within 5 minutes of my request to solve the problem. This level of support is VITAL to run an online fulfillment business of any kind. 11/10 !

I have been using pluginhive for many years now. It is easy to use and anything tricky comes up - the staff are always very helpful. Sagar has answered all my questions and jumps onto a zoom to guide me though more complicated stuff. great app!

Sagar and Touseef has been excellent in their service and guiding me. I was using another App and another shipping company before I engaged Plug-In Hives.
They were patient and helpful. Finally, I have installed the App and replaced the Shipping company too.
I did a trial run with Sagar and Touseef over two evenings and now I am ready to go.
I find their app to be very good too. It is very comprehensive and matched and integrate with the Australian Post system and my Shopify portal seamlessly.
I have to say I would strongly recommend PHives to anyone.

I have rarely, if ever, received better customer service then we received from Touseef. Really amazing, as we had a small issue on our end, and we are tech dummies, in trying to set up the app with him and he walked us through it in a few calls. I would highly recommend this service and this App.
