Bad experience with this app. Was unable to connect our UPS account after more than 20 attempts. App kept giving various different error messages that were not at all clear in terms of what the issue was. We have not had any problems connecting our UPS account to Shopify, ShipStation or our ERP system. I had a Zoom call with their customer support representative, who was friendly and helpful, but ...
