This is a convenient and cost saving app.
Just received great customer service as consultant had a zoom meeting with me to assist with my query.
Only drawback is that it is a bit complicated to get used to.

App can just be slow to load with high volume of products and orders
Super fast help for solving a shipping account linking up issue. Would appreciate if the Carriers were bettered labeled so we can solve the issues ourselves (FedEx Rest API should be labeled and have the Registered mark).
This App is awesome. It took us years to find a reliable shipping app that allows you to fully customize your rates. The customer service is phenomenal as well. They walked me through everything and helped me understand the platform. Highly Recommend trying this out!

We configured UPS and FedEx to display for all orders containing battery products, USPS exclusively for accessory-only carts, a rate adjustment for heavier orders, and ensured each battery is packed in its own box with appropriate weight limits per package.
