PH MultiCarrier Shipping Label

a bit of a clunky UI and takes a while to get hang of, but does the job right and that is enough for me. customer support is responsive and helpful

I had been struggling with the flat rate shipping automation, but I got really fast support from Shashi to fix the issue. So far my experience has been really good.

Customer service is great, very helpful! App is perfect for shipping integration. Easy to use with good customization. Allows customers to select shipping methods and offers pricing calculations via your vendor.

I just started the process with PH for my carrier automation. Sashi Kumar from PH was helping me to set my carrier and rules for the store. He was very nice and calm and attended me several times to solve my problems. I would love to continue the journey with PH. I would say the best support team they have.

When the app works well it's simple and easy to use. However, it constantly has issues with displaying rates at checkout. It will randomly stop working and support takes forever to address the issue. This results in a ton of lost revenue for the period it isn't displayed. *UPDATED REVIEW*
I'm changing this review to 1 star as they still have not fixed the same issues that plague this application. I've been contacted by a member of the team and was told the issues I'm experiencing have been fixed. Yet, here we are, months later experiencing the same issues.

The support team has been so helpful and responsive while we were setting the app up. They are quick to answer questions and really help with troubleshooting.
