Very good experience with the app so far. Our company is integrating through Fedex for parcel shipping rates and it truly is a seamless integration that returns the exact rates as our Fedex calculator.
The setup process can seem intimidating with so many different settings, but the developer and support teams are quick to identify problems and provide solutions within 24 hours.
Great app, with even better support! Was a bit lost before I got set-up, but had meeting with their staff and got rolling in less than 30 minutes! Staff was very knowledgable on the challenges in my marketplace, and gave feedback on how I can improve my workflow and optimise my Shopify catalog to improve the customer experience.

This is by far the best shipping automation app I have ever used. This app has allowed me to scale my company dramatically and efficiently over the past year since I have been using it.
