So far the best app for using your FedEx acc rates with Shopify.
Great/Good stuff
- amazing tech support - we're using more than few apps, however their tech support is the most responsive I encountered so far. I would get replies via email within hours, and also they provide live phone (zoom) support for set up and solving general tech questions
- feature rich, apps can be fine tuned, automated, all possible rates inluding smart post etc
- automation is very powerful and if you do not care about always using the cheapest rate .. the way to go
Thing which could be better
- app is not as user friendly as one might desire. Ideally I would not have to talk or set up a call to properly configure app
-FedEx specific - switching between onerate and our acc rate is difficult/manual ... if one uses fedex packaging onerate always comes first, and no way to see our negotiated rate .. we have to swich to custom packages to get negotiated rate ... in general comparing FedEx rates is difficult
- Refreshing - there is lot of clicking involved to refresh address/info etc

This is a very powerful shipping app with tons of features which simplified and automated our international shipping to a great extent. We are now integrated with FedEx, UPS, and Hong Kong Post (which was really rare to find). We tried countless others including Shippo, EasyPost, etc..
Super happy with the support as well. You are immediately connected by email or zoom call to someone that knows the app well and won't waste your time jumping thru hoops. The 4.9 rating is well deserved.

I was recommended this app by a web store developer, and so far I’m very satisfied. I received support with the installation, which made getting started much easier. Setting up suppliers and shipping can be a bit tricky at first, but it becomes clearer as you learn. Sagar and Sibi are just incredible. I googled a bunch of apps, and decided to go with this one (had a failure with another), its remarkable how responsive they are if you have an issue - I don't know how these guys do it. They have no only responded quickly to multiple call outs for help, but also added a new feature I asked for (extra fields in a Template for an invoice PDF) really quickly - I was stunned. Also they cater well to Australian postal carriers, I was thinking they would only have knowledge of USA, but us Aussies are well catered for. Top notch!
