I understand the need of a company to upsell but I felt my intelligence offended.

The support supposed to be quick and painless instead, after weeks of waiting from my first email, it was all a back and forth of emails in which yet didn't fix all issues that I've uncounted with this app.

When I've received the last email with the sentence "to be more specific it can be hidden using CSS", this is practically the end of this thread of emails. As a Next Issue Resolution your support has more to learn because I should come back writing and ask what the code is to add to the CSS. If I would, probably I'll receive an email advising again the service for the customization of the CSS and the placement picker - which I'm not looking to buy and another 1-2 days to might resolve my issues.

Too much effort for simple things. However the agents, dealt with the issues politely and with manners.

The phone support and the extra miles to help me install this app was crazy, I even started likeing the guy on the phone. I just want to give a huge thank you to the customer service here!

I have literally lost around £500 sales as my clients could see the total check out at a certain amount in dollar ( exemple 150$ ) but get charged £150;
The app dont change the currency amount but only the sign which mislead our clients

This app would have been fantastic if it didn't slow my website down to a crawl. I had clients tell me they wanted to buy but got so frustrated waiting for in excess of 40 seconds for a page to load. I tried everything to speed up the site and keep the app but only after uninstalling and removing everything did my site bounce back.
You guys really need to fix the speed issue!!!

The app used to work well for us but we started having issues with product variants that have different prices. After reaching out to their customer service in early December (our contact is Nikhil), they fixed the issue but created an even bigger one because some clients are now shown the base price multiplied TWICE by the exchange rate, resulting in exorbitant prices and a lot of bounces. It's hard to quantify exactly how many clients we lost because of that but we received many messages from confused shoppers. Nikhil keeps telling me that it's a problem of the shoppers' cache but unfortunately we can't ask each customer to clear their cache before visiting our website. Furthermore, the problem also keeps happening after our team cleares their cache and visits out website. I will update if the review if they manage to fix the issue. If not, we will have to look for a different app.

How do i move the dropdown icon to the centre of the page at the top and get it to be bigger? why is the currency reverting back to my default currency on the next page? easy to install so far, cant tell if ive messed anything up lol
