Inventory Sync, Multi store TP

Excellent experience with this app's support. Every time we've had a technical request, the development team has reviewed it and adapted quickly, without leaving us waiting weeks for a response. You can tell they genuinely listen to their customers and are willing to adjust the app to specific needs, which isn't common to find.

Laura, from the support team, has been incredibly attentive and helpful throughout — always following up, explaining things clearly, and coordinating our requests with the technical team until they were resolved. Great app for keeping our B2B and B2C Shopify stores in sync. We recently ran into a tricky issue where variant updates (SKUs) weren't syncing because of options linked to metafields, and Laura from support was outstanding — she checked the app logs, identified the exact Shopify error, and gave us clear step-by-step instructions to fix it. Highly recommend both the app and the support team!

Third time with a product sync app. This one super easy to set up, with all aspects of a product from price changes to metafields to template a breeze to sync. Also syncs collections and more. Needed some support from Tipo, who were responsive and helpful throughout. Great app!

Great app , I just started using it , but I tried many other apps which were too complicated to use and some were not even able fulfill the need,
Basically I was looking for an app which can connect my original Shopify store to another Shopify store which is showcasing only premium products.
And this app worked beautifully for that .
The Support is impressive.

Great App, but what makes the real difference is the support.. Took no effort to set up the connections and get everything working fine by our selves.. but then a month in we noticed an error on our side... A quick message on the contact/help section and they were looking in to it across all the sites... came back with the reason and solutions to what had happened which was 100% our mistake but at no point made this a big problem, instead worked on how we could fix it. 5 Stars all day long for this! Laura was super helpful from Start to Finish!
