It's really amazing, as developer creating stores for lots of brands, I can say this is the best services I had ever and I use to use the Webkul apps and everyday they approve that they are the right choice

Nitika has been my support person at Webkul and she has been so helpful. All this is quite new to me but she has helped me through the different stages step by step. The amazing programming team are continuously developing and improving the app and have even listened and responded to the feedback I have given them by improving the functionality of the notifications to sellers. We have been using the Multi-Vendor Marketplace app on Shopify for nearly 2 years now and have to say that the support they offer is fantastic - quick responses to questions asked and more recently assisting in the addition of an API app to allow our Vendors to upload their stock and pricing via an API - a requirement when Vendors are selling across multiple marketplaces.
We are continuing to develop sites with the Webkul Multi-Vendor app and are pleased to recommend them - we'd be more than happy to speak with any Shopify users looking to use this application to share our experiences.

This App does exactly what I need, and I've found the support from Nitika excellent. Very impressed so far! The team at Webkul also seem very willing to listen to my needs and carry out additional development work when I need it, which is awesome.

Pooja is the best person to work with, and has made my experience working with Webkul wonderful! She deserves a promotion in my opinion. I had many hick-ups in the beginning with Webkul, until Pooja jumped in to help assist on the issues we were having. She has been a great support team!

Great Customer Support, really friendly, fast and professional. The App has a lot of helpful feautures and functionlities which is unique and cool. Until now everything is perfect. You can also find a lot of explanation online which is really helpful.

Very powerful app and great support. The only downside so far is the lack of languages because if your sellers aren´t English speakers.... you have to spend hours translating stuff.

Appart from that, I´m really happy with them =)

I used this app to create a marketplace for my business and I love it. It's easy to customize. For the parts that I don't have access to customize with css, customer service is quick to help. Nice app.

We love using this app/product. It really helps us manage multiple suppliers. This is not a weak product. There are many options for this. So it is important to take your time to explore all the robust feature sets. Still, the support staff is very helpful, informative, and most of all patient in their explanations to help us swiftly.

I used this application to create a complex store for a client and this app has made my life so much easier. I have had multiple issues building the store, but the support team has always solved the issues. They have been amazing. Thank you
