Multi Vendor Marketplace

I have had wonderful experience with Webkul. Their product works according to my requirements, they have good documentation that allows me to self-manage and setup the features, and support is very responsive. Additionally, They have been very accommodative of my requirements.

Their products are build keeping modularity in mind therefore when I try to merge 2 or 3 features, it compromises the intuitiveness. It a minor inconvenience. Knowing this beforehand, I would still buy their products for the features, punctual support, and helpful.

Keep up the good work and happy to continue the collaboration.

Fantastic app, really helped out with an idea that I thought would've been unachievable without having a huge team of website designers!

Neha is terrific with her help and response, quick and helpful. There are one or two limitations but thats expected with this, there is generally a workaround!

Auch spezielle Bedürfnisse werden supported, wenn man sich etwas in die App einarbeitet.
Ich kann diese App jedem empfehlen, der einfache Anforderungen hat und dies schnell und unkompliziert umsetzen möchte.
Aber auch speziellere Anforderungen sind umsetzbar, wenn man sich einarbeitet.

The support is literally amazing. All of my questions were answered super fast and accurately and I don't feel left alone at all with anything when using the app.

With this app it was possible for us to built up a marketplace connecting many brands with different store-types via API. Usually everything works fine, reliable and when a bug happens you get support very quickly. Also some customizations were possible. So for our current status buidling up a marketplace business this app is essential and very helpful - I can recommend!

Was initially facing some issues but their support team was extremely helpful.
We now have a fully functioning multistore solution

I could not be happier with this app- which quite simply, works just as described- but more importantly, with Webkul itself. App Installation was simple and when I requested some custom coding to extend the app's capabilities Webkul quoted a reasonable price and then delivered a great bit of customization that is exactly what I needed. I'm surprised to see a recent review saying they weren't responsive as I have found them to be remarkably fast to respond- sometimes within hours but always by next day.
