I'm happy with the App because of the depth and width of topics it covers and the unique options that no other app offers. Every time I create a ticket it is tackled by a knowledgeable team who would not rest until it's resolved. Sometimes there are features that are not useful for my store and I have to disable them. I gave 3 stars because the app might seem too technical or some features are complicated to set and could be improved.

This is incredibly powerful app and has changed the game for our little business. Were planning on scaling our reach and will be heavily relying on the solution. If you can spare the time to customize the interface it will also have that visual feel quality that businesses are looking for.

I am using this app to do a multi-vendor marketplace and was having issues with the seller page, shipping and payment processing. The webkul team was amazing and a special shout out to Faisal. I am not a developer and his guidance, support and patience was outstanding!! Thank you!

App works great so far and has tons of customization toggles for your unique needs. Most importantly, however, their customer service is outstanding. Whenever we had questions, Neha has been very responsive and helping.

Highly recommend for anyone wanting to building a platform via Shopify.

So far this app is hands down the best possible way to create an actual reliable marketplace for cheap. I've used Dokan Multi-Vendor with Wordpress and Woocommerce and Webkul is 5 times better than them! Dokan has horrible customer support while Webkul always gets back to me (even sometimes on the weekend)! As of now, I would HIGHLY recommend this app for anyone who is looking to build their start up marketplace. Unless you have at least $20,000 laying around to hire a web dev agency, this is definitely the way to go!

This app is the reason I switched to Shopify, and I'm very disappointed. I have a consignment shop. I was hoping to automate vendor payouts. This app makes it possible for vendors to manage their own inventories, but that's where it stops. Payouts are still manual, and the reporting is terrible. I have to just use Shopify's reporting instead. The Paypal integration doesn't work. The Stripe integration requires the vendors to implement Stripe as well, which is a non-starter. I have the Pro version, so it doesn't get better than this. I'm planning to migrate to something else. Really bummed this didn't work.

The support is always great despite being in opposite parts of the world in opposite time zones! Sometimes it is hard to get in touch (for the reason stated), but when the connection is made issues are resolved extremely quickly! We are using both Shopify and Prestashop versions of the app/module and have enjoyed the great support! Highly recommend this suite of services!
