The Support on this app was amazing. Very fast replies and the people are very polite and patient with you. The problem was solved before I knew it. It was honestly a very pleasant experience

Fantastics Product & Amazing Support. Very versatile and detailed options which can be controlled by admin. The design is a little conventional, but the app still does all the work needed.

The best app I found so far for Multi Vendor Marketplace. Though it serves a lot of desired functionalities (at least all required functionalities) but still there is cushion in reporting section. It can be enhanced. Overall, a great app to start with. Have good presentation of vendor shop / store. At least my vendors are happy :)

Avoid this app at all cost! Among the MANY ISSUES and the CONSTANT ERRORS with this app, the one thing that is completely unacceptable is that there have been numerous times when customers were not able to checkout any items from my website because products were somehow not synchronizing with this app (although everything was uploaded correctly on my end). I have contacted them many times with regards to this issue but customer service only replies the next day, within a few hours, and do not reply on weekends (which means that in the meantime, your products cannot be purchased at all). They had to fix this internal issue on many occasions but has never been apologetic and has caused me to lose sales. UPDATE: With regards to their reply, I have used my personal email/Skype and have spoken to several people from their team, e.g. Neha, Nitika Srivastava, Tapesh, Pratik Kumar. It is certainly NOT TRUE that their "average response time is generally very fast, even on weekends.". I have DELETED this app as it has caused too many problems. 

I find this app really helpful for a marketplace business concept. The support team is great and very competent. If I'm not mistaken they are based in India so expect some delays to your quastions and emails. I'm still getting familiar with this app, but so far I'm satisied.

App overall is very good. Definitely a little expensive, especially with a bunch of add-ons, but very worth it.

The best part, however, is the customer service. The Wekbul team is beyond helpful and will get back to you in less than 24-hours (even on weekends). They have been incredibly patient with me and beyond helpful.

If you are worried about being able to not configure something, don't worry and just contact the team. Can't stress how great the customer service has been.

this app has every option available that you would expect from a marketplace, so many features, it is actually overwelming at first, I spent around 1 week understanding the full capabilities of it, I contacted support with a few queries, many times, they were very fast at responding and took the time to explain anything I wasn't sure of. Looking forward to our long term relationship 5*'s from me, thanks guys
