Multi Vendor Marketplace

System is very buggy. I have my suppliers complaining regularly that they are not receiving email and sometimes they wont even get the order until we ask them. Shopify will have the order but multivendor backend wont have any. No Phone support for any urgent matters. Losing everyday because of this. **** Updated 05/11/2021 Very unprofessional. I have in record where you emailed us saying about your server outrage which caused that issue and you advised me to sync manaully. Whereas the explanation you gave below is for the other issue I reported to you guys for which you came back to me saying what I missed which is correct. I came here to delete this review after seeing your support email. But now I'm leaving it as it is for others to see.

Just signed up and started using this app to build a marketplace site on Shopify to replace an old site we have on Wordpress. Only just started to set this app up, but it looks like it will work perfectly for what we need. We did encounter a small issue while setting up, but I asked on their live chat for some help, and they helped me immediately and resolved the issue within a few minutes! Great customer service and a fantastic app!

don't buy this app. Save you nerves. If you want stop subscriptions you don't find easy. You fin somethinh than you can unnistal app, but the subscription remain available. Save your money, delete this app

Configuration is complicated, but support team do their best to help, even if sometimes they could investigate a bit more before giving answers.
In the end, I always get my questions answered.

Absolutely Amazing.

One thing I wish it had was better explanations of some of the tools. A lot of the words are misspelled and their functions aren't exactly clear. Other than that I'm blown away by their customer service, and the availability of functions their tool offers. I have yet to test it in the real world (I'm a ways away from launching) but so far I'm very happy with what I can do.

Very reponsive suppport, im enjoying doing and exploring the configuration. It is better if there's csv export in a good format and a bulk update of fields like custom fields and other required fields not only the price and inventory quantiy.

Great app, with great customization and all what you need to make a great marketplace. The support is awesome and they help very fast you every time you need it.

This app is amazing and the support is even better! Their real-time chat option is incredibly helpful especially when you need to make changes to your website quickly. They are definitely there to help you!

We have just installed this app and we are in the process of evaluating it. So far it seems very well designed and fulfills exactly what it promises. I see old reviews moaning about support service but this is not true. We made some small errors in the install and we got instant help from support - even on a Sunday. Very impressed. Initially faced some issues with the response level, and set up of webkul. But the team has been very prompt thereafter, and all the issues have been resolved.
