I find this app great, but customer service is very bad! I have sent several message by chat, but they have never answered when I was awake. So I have sent an email but no response. I need help customizing some things for my marketplace, but things are still to do.

The best app I found so far for Multi Vendor Marketplace. Though it serves a lot of desired functionalities (at least all required functionalities) but still there is cushion in reporting section. It can be enhanced. Overall, a great app to start with. Have good presentation of vendor shop / store. At least my vendors are happy :)

I find this app really helpful for a marketplace business concept. The support team is great and very competent. If I'm not mistaken they are based in India so expect some delays to your quastions and emails. I'm still getting familiar with this app, but so far I'm satisied.

App overall is very good. Definitely a little expensive, especially with a bunch of add-ons, but very worth it.
The best part, however, is the customer service. The Wekbul team is beyond helpful and will get back to you in less than 24-hours (even on weekends). They have been incredibly patient with me and beyond helpful.
If you are worried about being able to not configure something, don't worry and just contact the team. Can't stress how great the customer service has been.
this app has every option available that you would expect from a marketplace, so many features, it is actually overwelming at first, I spent around 1 week understanding the full capabilities of it, I contacted support with a few queries, many times, they were very fast at responding and took the time to explain anything I wasn't sure of. Looking forward to our long term relationship 5*'s from me, thanks guys
Hi, There is a major problem with Invoice Configuration on my Multi vendor store 1) Tax Exclusive calculation is totally wrong 2) Seller bulk Invoice calculations are totally wrong and loss making for the admin Please look into this and give me a speedy support. I have to pay my seller EOD. Awaiting your response ASAP

Please excuse for less satisfied experience with the app. It seems that you have the issues with Tax exclusive calculation as well as seller bulk invoice. The app has great functions for multi-vendor selling and is easy to use and help from support is always informative and helpful.
Great experience so far. 5-star customer service. English is simple and plain so sometimes a bit hard to understand but that's okay. Love this app and it has taken my business to the next level. Thanks Asim Hashmi for outstanding help with showing me how the feature apps work.
Note that it costs extra the more sellers you add. (Capped at $45 for unlimited sellers.)

I was skeptical at first, this is my first time building a website using Shopify and it took me 3 months to learn shopify's robust features. This app also has so much features but it didn't took me that long to learn, it only took me 2 weeks and their live chat support is amazing. Very quick with their responses and very accommodating.
