Ripa is very knowledgable and helpful... although i was skeptical due to the knowledge of some of the other members, But Ripa saves the day all the time with little to no effort.

I am currently still using this app in trial version but I will certainly get the paid version when my trial ends. Even in my trial period I asked for help with the front-end design of the language switcher and Lilit from customer service started right away with coding accordance my webdesign. My switcher looks great!
Also I tried plenty of translate apps and GTranslate does the best work.

Thanks so much for the great 5-star support Milena when I was having some difficulty getting it working again after changing domain names! I like this app a lot (paid version). I wish the app had the option for sub-directory in shopify instead of just sub-domain, as the internal language options for shopify uses sub-directory and that can be tracked easier on some external apps (that's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5!)

This app is really great! Not only are the free features exceptional, but the add-ons are definitely worth it. Additionally the service (provided by Ripa, Tigran and Susie) was so helpful, as they helped fix our Promo Popup and Free shipping banner translation.
Update: Arshak's service was amazing. He helped us fix our banner and some issues with translation on our website. Very professional service!
