Great app for affordable price and great support. I faced an issue after changing my website theme. But, the team resolved the issue very fast.

there is a trouble when i choose translate to Japanese, it shows that Safari cannot open the webpage because the server cannot be found. Can you solve this problem for me? Thanks:) Elen solved this problem for me !

I installed it before in a free version and skipped to another app with a different approach. No i switched back to gtranslate with a bilingual paid plan. So far i am happy. if there were two translations included it would we best !! Support is fast and willing to help you. I talked to Ella and she helped immediately. Amazing customer support, especially Ella from their customer support has been very helpful lately as I had some smaller issues that I was not able to sort myself. Together with their development team they have made some small adjustments in the code so the widget is positioned correctly on my store. Thank you again for your quick and great support.

Excellent app, it saved us lots of time and money. The translations have their faults but acceptable.
