I had an excellent guidance to install the GTranslate program and a full support regarding any help we requested.

I really love how this app has a wide variety of languages to support my customers when they visit my store. Ripa was so helpful she was efficient and had great customer service. I was unable to position my language selector next to the cart and in less than 3 minutes Ripa fixed my problem. So happy! Thank you So Much!

I used this app is very good and faster than I think, but if you take care of design it will be better just a little bit.

After I tried many other translation apps, I'm back to GTranslate... and this time convinced about my choice:
+ Easy to use and great customer care.
+ The quality of the automated translation is also quite good and the prices are reasonable.

CS is very helpful! they can directly create a collaborator account to help me setup all the things!

App had some teething issue to get working on our site as our theme meant the language selection overlapped our logo but their app technician Ella made some adjustments to our CSS file. The help she gave was over and above the call, was impressed with speed and effectiveness of her work. Ella remotely accessed our coding (after requesting our permissison first via Shopify approved 3rd party access portal). Highly recommend getting the app and if you have any issues just ask them to help!

The APP does not translate the check out process which defeats the whole purpose. Very sad because everything else worked fine without complications.

Borya was really patient with me. I ask for many changes and had specific needs. It would have been great to do it myself because it was hard to explain and needed to send print screen. Good job.

Terrible Customer service. We have over 6 globle websites, I reached out to customer support to get a better understanding off their SEO. BORYA WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. Very degrading and when I told him how rude he was and that I will make sure I write an email to the CEO of the company, all off their apps across my sites were blocked and I was unable to install or communicate with them via chat. Terrible experience. I will never recommend this app!! terrible
