I got it installed in the end but editing translations turned out not easy so I went for another option. There are a few ways of translating the text. Edit text option through their app gave me a few languages, but not all I wanted to be translated. Maybe giving customers a catalog option would have worked better. Another option, editing text through my website, had half of the text missing. I guess, if you have more advanced IT skills this should not be a problem but I struggled.
Their customer service was 5 stars, very helpful. They do need to improve some parts of UX to make text edits easier and signing up less confusing.
Susie was so helpful, quickly and friendly, she helped me to solve my problems. Very good service. We appreciated.

Love this app, now my overseas buyer can use their native language to shop at my store. I'm using the bilingual language translator. Love the feature that you can manually translate the language. Ripa and Suzan were a great help. Both of them help me with the coding stuff. Ripa went the extra mile to help me do custom positioning and spacing of the language selector both at the desktop and mobile interface to suit my website. Thank you!!
I really like the quality of the neuro translation from English to French in the paid version. I also like being able to edit the French on the webpage view, where I can see the text, rather than having to search for the text inside an app. Ripa from customer service has been great, helpful, and very prompt in her responses to all my questions as I have been setting it up. 4 stars instead of 5, because I wish there was an auto-translate for the email notifications in shopify! There is code to make it switch to the user's language when the email is sent, but first I have to manually translate all the emails inside the liquid template which is a long process... Gtranslate please give us an automatic option for the emails! Everything else has been great so far.

UPDATE:
the problem is google, and not the app: if you price in the store is set simply{{ amount}} and not {{ amount_with_comma_separator }} for google you are using a thousand separator.
Whilst working very well with translation, the app changes the prices of the product!
A product that is 30€ in the original english version, becomes 3000€ in the french version!!!
I don't recommend this app. A lot of bugs, bad user experience. After we spent 2 days fixing the auto translation (which was super bad), the edits weren't saved.. Very bad customer support specially Ella and Angela.
Have not seen the impact of the app yet, will update later but the support from Lilit was brilliant was able to setup in no time. Thank you.
