I used the apps for few weeks. The app has a bug with the checkout page. I wanted to get the checkout page to match the language of the site, with no success. For example, I wanted a French checkout page for a French website, and an English checkout page for the English website, but GTranslate failed to do that. I reached the support multiple times, and also spoke with the deputy CEO as well, but they failed to resolve the issue. Waiting time from the support is very high (can take weeks), and they will do everything they can in order to avoid give you support. In general, the app is failed to provide basic translation services, and the support team is totally nonfunctional. Won't use their service again.
UPDATE:
1) I was using the paid version (not the free version, as mentioned in the CEO response)
2) I spoke with Rafael, the deputy CEO, and not Edvard, the CEO (sorry for the confusion).
UPDATE:
the problem is google, and not the app: if you price in the store is set simply{{ amount}} and not {{ amount_with_comma_separator }} for google you are using a thousand separator.
Whilst working very well with translation, the app changes the prices of the product!
A product that is 30€ in the original english version, becomes 3000€ in the french version!!!
Apps, wonderful in a few minutes of work I have a site translated into several languages, Fantastic assistance in a few minutes remotely they solved several configuration problems, a wonderful thanks to Melania of the G Translate Team!

This is the worst translate app I have ever installed! Really hard to edit translations. Not user friendly dashboard.

I don't recommend this app. A lot of bugs, bad user experience. After we spent 2 days fixing the auto translation (which was super bad), the edits weren't saved.. Very bad customer support specially Ella and Angela.
I got it installed in the end but editing translations turned out not easy so I went for another option. There are a few ways of translating the text. Edit text option through their app gave me a few languages, but not all I wanted to be translated. Maybe giving customers a catalog option would have worked better. Another option, editing text through my website, had half of the text missing. I guess, if you have more advanced IT skills this should not be a problem but I struggled.
Their customer service was 5 stars, very helpful. They do need to improve some parts of UX to make text edits easier and signing up less confusing.
Added the app this morning and had to contact their support for two technical issues. Had the pleasure of dealing with Ripas and Borya which were quick an efficient in helping me. Couldn't ask for better support!!
