I was not satisfied with the app. Despite trying countless times over the years to find solutions to make it work for us, it has always been a struggle. The support is cumbersome and only partially helpful. They don’t fully engage with solving the issue. The most they do is send follow-up emails, but ultimately, they don’t provide the help you need.

I´m still setting up the app. So far so good. Great customer service from Grikor.

My 2nd install on Shopify stores. This app does it all, really easy to setup if you follow the instructions then lots of ways to mod it for your specific purposes. Support by Vahan was super professional and helpful.

Dmitry was professional and always responsive. I would be delighted to get in touch with him again if necessary.
