Firstly, the app translates pretty accurate. Setup process is pretty straight forward. You also may rely on support if you need help to integrate the language switcher into your site in a specific place.

I downloaded this app and had to turn to customer care to help me set it up. Ripa was really helpful she fixed the problem really fast and gave me lots of great advice on how to fix the translations. Thank you for all the help!

I've downloaded several translation apps but none of them had worked as well as GTranslate. In addition, Borya was able to help with every single question and guided us throughout the process. Looking forward to continue using the app.

I really like the app but unfortunately I cannot use it because no matter what option I select, the widget covers items on the screen that needs to be seen. This happens on both the mobile and desktop versions of my site. I would recommend an option that pushes the widget to the far right corner or far left corner to the top or even bottom, instead of having it inches away from the page edge, bring it closer to the edge.

Great support from Lilit, even on the weekend. At first sight, the app seems to be doing what it's supposed to do. Don't expect professional translations, that's not what it's built for. But it's good to start out with when you're tapping into new geo's and need to get proof of concept first, before having everything translated professionally.
