Susie was literally fantastic, I was having problems adding the DNS all day
on the weekend but they are closed for support on sunday. As I was entering 100+ languages, we fixed an issue where i was entering my domain name on top of the foreign language initial. Once that was fixed it was smooth sailing. She even went to my website and found an error with the currency converter being affected by Gtranslate and was able to fix the issue through her side. Amazing customer service and I wish her the best!

one of the top packages. So easy to work- no waiting for pages to translate blah blah like others. i tired so many before i found this one. Others left imprints on my page after they were removed. i recommend installing this one as you can use more than 10 languages

The support is amazing and very helpful! Thanks to Arshak, my translation works very well. Autotranslation is free and works very well, I have over 50 languages in my website for free. That's 5 stars for me!

A great app, but above all its technical service, especially Ripa! I solved all the code problems in 5 min.

very useful app, sometimes the traduction is not good but you can edit it manually with a user friendly interface, also the customer support is wonderful, thanks Borya and Ripa

I had another great service from customer support. This time from SUSANNA . I contacted GTranslate support through chat, because I wanted to know how to have a fixed language selector in my shop's header instead of the floating selector. Susanna answered back within a couple of minutes, offering to perform that change for me. She did it perfectly. This was great service and super fast. Thank you!

I am still trying out the app (that's why it is still too early to give it 5 stars, as I need more time to try it out). However, the Live Chat support is already 5 stars for me. I came across some initial challenges and one in particular took some time to figure out. ELEN from Support was amazing, she never gave up finding the solution until she found it!! Super work from her and super support from G Translate!

The app installation was one of the easiest in Shopify's marketplace store! I did have an original issue, after adding the dns to google. the subdomains was not secure obviously. Contacted support and Ella took care of everything for me. Turned out refreshing after 60 seconds was a little to fast!. haha. Ella was great! Thank you.
