This is an update of my first review. I can definitly affirm that the customer service is exactly what we are expecting when we are in business. Susie is the second developper who helped me. I asked few changes and she did all with patience and care. She managed perfectly how I wanted to be. My website look very serious with this app. A big thank to Susie and Lilit. Lilit was a very helpfull, kind, and reactive assistant . The app is amazing. I probably installed 10 different app in my shop before to find the good one. and for 8 dollars per month you get everything you need. I am so happy, my website in a few minute is ready with an excellent translation. And I have a lot of words. Recommended for people who needs something serious. Thank you for this app and the customer service!

I cant thanks Borya enough for all the support I got, on sunday! He answered all the questions I had, for me who knows nothing about coding at all. He patiently answered everything! And more he installed for me the language menu converter exactly where I wanted on my website, both mobile and desktop version and it looks perfect and professional on my turbo theme! I was scared to start using their platform for translating, but way less now. And their fees is very reasonable. Last night I installed it and it was not working like I wanted so I deleted it, and even the deleting was super easy. I just don’t understand why everyone is only talking about the others apps. They have stellar service! Thanks Borya!

My experience with this translator app was awesome. Initially, I tried on another translator app which did not end well for me because it was way too complicated for me to use. However, with this GTranslate app, everything was so smooth and so easy to use. In addition, I'd just like to emphasise on the excellent and efficient help by Ella. She was really patient and responded really fast to my enquiries. I had many difficulties along the way, however, she never failed to patiently guide me to resolve the issues.
