I installed this app recently and am very happy with how it works so far, later i needed some help with moving the translator to another place in the online store and with Ripa`s knowledge this was solved quickly. Thanks to Ripa for very good service, the job she did was really great. Fast and excellent customer service as always from GTranslate!

New theme so contacted the support. The new update installed and widget moved and setup in less than 10 minutes great support !!

Great app for the price. "Yana" from GTranlate spent a lot of her time to answer my questions and solve the problem. Now I am using $79/m Shopify plan, and I had to pay $14.99/m for using this app.

Ripa is very knowledgable and helpful... although i was skeptical due to the knowledge of some of the other members, But Ripa saves the day all the time with little to no effort.

I am currently still using this app in trial version but I will certainly get the paid version when my trial ends. Even in my trial period I asked for help with the front-end design of the language switcher and Lilit from customer service started right away with coding accordance my webdesign. My switcher looks great!
Also I tried plenty of translate apps and GTranslate does the best work.
