I installed the ap this morning, on a Sunday and had some problems with the positioning of the flags. I sent a mail to the helpdesk assuming I would get an answer in a few days as with most of them. Five minutes later however, I received a reply and a very friendly woman named Seda, arranged the whole setup within 45 minutes as I wished. The best helpdesk and service I received in years! Being owner of several webshops, I sure looking forward to work more with this team. Thanks a lot.

Замечательное приложение! Очень удобно и легко использовать. Поддержка всегда на высоком уровне. Чтобы сделать свой магазин более привлекательным для клиентов есть много разных приложений. Но не всегда они поддерживают языки моего магазина. Меня это совсем не пугает, потому что я всегда могу обратиться за помощью. И неоднократно уже это делала. Некоторых сотрудников поддержки я уже запомнила по именам, так как часто к ним обращаюсь. Это Рипа, Сюзан и Аршак. Как раз сегодня Аршак очень быстро сделан переводы важного приложения для моего магазина. Я знаю, что в любое время суток могу обратиться за помощью и получу её в лучшем виде. Я рада, что выбрала именно GTranslate для переводов! Рекомендую! На днях я опять обращалась за помощью. В этот раз со мной работала Лилит. Большое ей спасибо, все вопросы были решены оперативно!

I can't believe how amazing the support is on this one, I was helped by Ella and Borya who made the widget fit how I wanted for the site, I put a lot of changes forward but these guys are awesome and they just did it, the app is super simple and works really well too. I recommend it, and ill have a look to see what else they do as well. Thank you guys!

Great support! They helped me within 30 minutes to add a line of code. This saves time. I've compared several apps and this one does what's needed for a good price.
