We participated in the beta of this app so we can see all of the improvements that have been made to it as we used it... The app that's available to sellers now does a good job of collecting, connecting, tracking and reporting everything you need to confidently offer their American made products. Having said that, this company is seriously committed to sellers. Super responsive to cries for help, quick to provide answers and always open to suggestions on products and process. The app allows for all the functions needed to quickly add products and create listing pages that collect all the required customization info in a customer friendly way to produce correctly personalized, quality steel wall art for your customers. Production is really fast, communications are clear and results speak for themselves! The catalog grows regularly so there's always something new to creatively market to your customers. We're very happy to have found My Easy Monogram and highly recommend them for a solid way to try your hand at a pretty much risk free revenue stream!

Highly under-rated app. Excellent selection of products, FREE, easy to use, and no technical problems.

I absolutely hate leaving negative reviews, But this is warranted. I installed the app a few weeks ago and followed everything as instructed, Had an issue with items rendering, Contacted support for help, Was told by Brad a few times he would have the dev team look into it, Had to constantly reach out every few days and still nothing was done, Now if this is how they treat a seller how are they going to handle an issue with a customer.... removed products and app and will find another, Sorry guys, But you really need to improve , It's a shame too, you're products seemed very nice

My Easy Monogram is amazing top-down!

The metal gauge is superior to what is currently out there. The turnaround time may have struggled for a moment in the past, but now it's lightning-fast!

The customer service is top-notch. I've always felt well taken care of! I can't wait to transfer the rest of my products over to MEM!

They have been very responsive to all of my questions, and even helped with coding so the products would look like I wanted in my store. They are consistently adding new inventory to appeal to more customers. And they've proven to be a great asset to my business.

Great selection of customized home decor! Brad, Tance & Charlie have been great to work with and have personally assisted with working through some growing pains.

So far, I installed the app and am pleased with the amount of available products to choose from and the ease with which it integrates and syncs. I wanted not to use CJDropshipping (China) and start sourcing from the US, and I was pleased to stumble upon MEM. I already do metal prints, so adding these signs/monograms can hopefully bring more value to people through my site, and I am happy to promote these for MEM based on the most recent high remarks and reviews! I see that the team stands by its app, product, and creativity, which is awesome. So far, I've only noticed random "/" in the product descriptions, which I had to clean up manually on the Shopify end. Still, outside of that - reading the reviews, I am very excited to give MEM a shot and will update if I encounter any problems. The only suggestion is that Google Sales Channel will have issues using "Custom" / "Personalized" labels as it goes against their policies. The good news is that most of these have a solid background and can be marketed on TikTok US for those using the TikTok Sales Channel.
