I love this app, they have a nice collection and they are very responsive. The only problem is their stock. I placed so far 3 orders and all of them was late due to back orders. There is a lot of competition in our business and the lead time is very crucial for the customer satisfaction. I hope they will get better. I'm giving 3 stars for now and I'll update it in a month or so.

We completely understand your concern about back-orders. This time of year is especially busy, and items have been selling out faster than usual. That can occasionally create delays, and we know how important lead time is for both you and your customers.
Please know we are actively working on this. We’ve been increasing inventory levels as demand grows and continuously restocking low-stock items to prevent back-order issues moving forward.

Love the program, not a lot of trendy youthful pieces though, wish it could be more faster downloading the items to shopify. Love the concept though. Bits and pieces are a little confusing. For example sizing charts transferring onto product descriptions on shopify.

Regarding trendy and youthful styles, we actually carry a large selection of fashion-forward pieces. With over 10,000 items in stock and new arrivals every other week, there’s always something fresh to add to your store.
About the speed of adding products to Shopify — you can typically add up to 30 items at a time in about 5 minutes. The timing can vary based on how many variants and images a product has, but overall the process should be fairly quick. We’re always looking to enhance and improve the app, and speed is something we continually work on.
For size charts, those are optional when importing products. You can choose not to include them, and we also provide all size charts separately inside the app so you can download and place them anywhere on your store.

4/9 - order processing time and adding tracking isn’t reliable. shipping speed isn’t reliable. However, I'm happy with the variety of items they offer along with custom branded packaging for customer retention and repeat sales.

3/16/24 - Easy to install and import products into my store. The combine and list function is very useful and unique compared to other comparable businesses I’ve used in the past. Great prices and a wide variety of fashions are added regularly.
