Ive only been using it for a few months but shopify apparently made some changes and now it doesn't work the way it used to and it's too complicated to use at POS and it's too hard to look up the order # which seems to be a different# on the receipt than in the computer and most of the time, it says order# not found. So I've had to manually go in when the customer is standing in front of me and ...
This is truly a great API.
Being able to directly adjust Shopify Credit is very convenient.
The support is also smooth and very helpful.
I think it would be great to have ranking and automatic tagging based on the customer's total purchase amount.
However, since this can be done using Flow or other automation tools, it's not an issue.
(But, it would be really nice to have!)
Crazy, although it does not have a free version, yesterday I started the 7-day trial, but it is definitely worth every coin invested, so far the best rewards app I have used, since it has integration with Shopify POS and my salespeople will be able to sell as always from their cell phones without problems and without having to run to the desktop.
Works perfectly for our needs. Mostafa answered my questions in detail. Highly recommend!
It was issuing store credits when it was not supposed to. we had to uninstall it.
