The front-end design is impressive compared to other apps, and it was the main reason I decided to try it out. However, in my opinion, the app is not yet ready for established businesses to rely on, as the back end needs further development. I wish the team all the best moving forward, but I hope to save others in my position some valuable time if they are under the impression that this app will be quick and easy to use.
There is a 3-4 week wait for open support tickets. While the live customer service is great, if you encounter an issue beyond what they can assist with, be prepared to wait an unreasonable amount of time. I am choosing to move on to another app rather than waiting.
Please ensure that your theme works directly with the app before investing time in setting everything up, as I did. You may encounter issues down the road. I had the impression this was an out-of-the-box solution, but that was not the case for my very popular and common theme. If your theme is not compatible, they will refer you to a partner for paid development work.
The instructions for uninstalling the app are somewhat complicated, and not really suited for those without a strong grasp of Shopify, in my opinion. I hope to get around to it soon. If you’re like me and working around the clock, be aware that this cleanup process can be time-consuming if you choose not to continue using the app.
Additionally, when you uninstall the app, any products you added through it will also be deleted.
