Absolutely brilliant, makes our work a lot easier. I don't have to go and log into my MyGLS account any more. I can even choose the setting of the parcel printing. It makes my life so much easier.
Moreover, if I want to check the status of that order, it's literally two clicks away.

The stuff member was very friendly, responded my questions and queries almost instantly (even though it was sunday!). The parcelshop integration was done in one day and works perfectly.
In Hungary, currently this is the best available app to integrate GLS Parcelshop selection and automated label printing.

The app works perfectly, it does what it was designed for.
The customer service is outstanding, reply is prompt practically 0-24. they managed to solve my not so urgent issues on a Saturday evening (!) while I was only expecting a reply on Monday.
They help with every single small things (even if lightly connected to the app) right away.
