Ik werd vandaag goed geholpen door Barry met het stroomlijnen van de MyParcel app. Hartelijk dank voor de hulp! Hij wist gelijk welk waar ik niet zelf uit kwam en het was snel opgelost. Daarnaast werd ik vandaag ook nog geholpen door Kiran om de automatische incasso te regelen met mijn bank, wat echt al heel snel voor elkaar was. Echt top service! Ik vond het ook erg prettig dat MyParcel zeer snel na het aanmaken van mijn account contact met mij opnam voor als ik vragen had en ik vond het super leuk dat ze een welkomstpakket sturen. Ik kijk er naar uit om het verzendproces van mijn bedrijf te verbeteren met MyParcel :).
Super fijne ondersteuning. Snel, vriendelijk en duidelijk!
Ook steeds even netjes een belletje van te voren om afspraak te maken wanneer ik tijd had. Heel fijn!
Samen met Barry heb ik de puntjes nog even op de i gezet en nu werkt de myparcel koppeling met shopify helemaal goed. Dus... nu kunnen we aan de slag :) thanks!
Many thanks Barry voor je hulp! Hierdoor zijn nu mijn verzendinstellingen goed ingeregeld. Hierbij werd er echt tijd voor genomen!
Ben echt super geholpen door Barry! Hij nam ruim de tijd, had veel geduld ;-). Ben hem erg dankbaar!
