As soon as you download the app you think it's really difficult but it's not. It's pretty easy. You just need to go step-by-step and also the team is really amazing. They help you if you have any difficulty I'll be definitely recommending this app.

The speed and clarity with which Molly helped solve my issues and excellent instruction pdfs were fantastic. Not only did it allow me to send our first packages but also taught me thoroughly what steps I need to take. The app is a great asset in streamlining our processes and giving us more time to focus on our core business of growing grapes and making wine.

Just constant issues with adding extra cover. Was told to alter the amounts on the list of products but then it still just gives me Mypost rates and not Eparcel rates. Really annoying having to contact them to fix this issue constantly!
