Navidium Shipping Protection

Navidium has been a game-changer for us! Prior to Navidium, we were using a Shipping Insurance app (y'all know the one) that was not so helpful at all when it came to dealing with lost, stolen, or damaged orders. Navidium has allowed us to personalize the shipping protection experience that has given us (as the company) greater control that in turn impacts our customer's satisfaction and peace of mind. I would have given this app 10 stars if that was possible! The creators of this app are genius. We were using a different shipping protection app but they didn't have great customer service for us on the back end, or for our customers who had issues with lost/damaged packages. Navidium puts the control of how our customers issues get handled BUT simplifies it with this perfect app. We can now help our customers have an easy time making a claim and having the funds to refund instantly or send a new package.

Also they're super fast at adding the app to our theme for us whenever we've had to change our theme! Exceptional customer service and all around couldn't be happier.

Navidium is the best shipping app out there. Period. In fact, out of all the apps we are using, this is one of the most valuable ones for us as a business.

I've used their un-named competitors' offering, and they are horrible. They made it very difficult for users to receive reimbursement as they constantly made denials. With Navidium, you bring the power into your hands to give people proper customer service.
