Navidium Shipping Protection

I have a small business and Navidium has been a blessing for shipping my candles and wax melts. It allows me to control the fees and retain costs unlike other companies that keep everything. This allows me keep a personal touch and handle any claims internally. The customers appreciate the swiftness that I'm able to take care of them. I appreciate that I don't have to submit claims to another company and wait for replies.

So grateful for this app!! Allows me to have a generous customer service policy and manage my own claims. Functionality is awesome. Highly recommend!

I have been using Navidium for about a year now. I like it and it has helped keep more of the money in my pocket. A game changer. I used the other guys (Rou**) and they made all the money and actually denied some of my claims. Glad I am using Navidium. It is the way to go.

Normal insurance of shipment: Customers have to file a police report or whatever. Meaning the customers is fuming and we replace their order on our dime. Result: we don't get the insurance revenue, we pay for replacement AND the customer is still unhappy. With Navidium: Customers pay us directly. We replace immediately. End result: customer is happy and we are happy. Also the onboarding was super smooth and fast and people start using it right away. The texts and everything is easily customizable in the app settings and pretty self explanatory so I can tweak the messaging to be on brand. Thanks Navidium!

Great app that allows us to provide better customer service to our customers when shipping problems arise. Highly recommend all merchants consider using Navidium. So far we haven't experienced any downsides.
