Navidium Shipping Protection

A very good app and they installed it onto my store very quickly! I had a special request/customisation due to the way it was interacting with shipping rules, to which they replied promptly and sorted out for me the same day! I cannot recommend them enough.

This is a newer app, but was keen to try after hearing first hand experiences. So far the app has been great with over 70% of our customers choosing to cover their shipping.
Customer service is great, any small issues were resolved insanely fast! They even helped me troubleshoot a problem that turned out to have nothing to do with their app.

This app is a game changer! It increases your revenue so easily. We installed it on all our stores. Their customer support is outstanding, and they keep on adding upgrades and improvements to it. Great app! I used to have a pop-up notification in my checkout for customers to add shipping insurance for $5, which was fine, but I love that the option to add insurance is pre-selected with Navidium because customers are much more likely to purchase the insurance if it is already in their cart. The app developers have also been incredibly responsive for any questions/issues I've had.

Navidium offered a solution to a problem that we weren't even aware we had. Our customer service was already top notch, sending replacements and refunds within a 60 day window. This app allows us to set aside funds so that we don't have to take a hit in our margins. The badge and small fee also gives our customers confidence when purchasing.
