The team that put up this app is one of the most resilient and hard working on the app store. We had issues to make it work on our store but the team went above and beyond to fix the bugs. Great app AND amazing support.

The idea of taking the risk of covering for our shipping providers failures was initially pretty concerning. Thus far, Navidium has proven its value and we won't be going back. Serving customers better, faster is key to retention and far outweighs the risk. For us, it's proven to actually be a revenue driver both through retention and directly.

Customer service is top notch and personal. I was having some issues after installing this. The founder reached out to me personally, reviewed my store and took care of all the glitches. I am happy to do business with Navidium. It gives me back the control over my customer's claims process and increases revenue with the upsell. Route won't be robbing me anymore.

Navidium is new tech, so if you are having any issues, do reach out to them, they will get them resolved for you.

Finally a better solution for funding loss and damage in shipping. We have tried other solutions but was never satisfied with the service that those companies provided to our customers. Now we can have a pool of money to "self insure" those packages and take care of customers faster without loosing money. We have been on navidium for only 3 weeks, but we are very happy with it. 50% of our customers are opting into the package protection and only a handful of customers purchased it inadvertently and wanted a refund (which we provide right away if they ask). I highly recommend this app for any ecommerce company that has problems with lost or damaged products in shipping (which I think is 100% of merchants).

I tired every single shipping Protection app but why dont make money from your side. I love Navidium and I highly suggest it because you will make extra money on every shipment.

Highly recommend this app! I came from using a popular insurance provider and honestly had the same thoughts about how much money they were making off of the insurance fees without many open issues. I also was always a little peeved that I was being charged the full .98 cents for the order when I was getting less than that after transaction fees! Enter Navidium- this is the perfect solution to still having backup money to cover any issues and so far more customers have been purchasing the protection than those who don't. For me particularly I'm not necessarily looking to make a profit off of it but just have the funds there to solve any potential issues! The team helped expedite my setup before a big launch in my shop and has been super responsive with any questions I have. Couldn't recommend more!

App is nothing short of amazing. Developer is extremely responsive. I always ask a million questions before installing apps to ensure the code isn't bogging down our site (or auto inject upon install) and they answered all my questions right away. Custom installation into a duplicate theme file was done within 6 hours of me asking for it to be done, which kept us on schedule for all of our other web dev. projects. As for the app itself, we are seeing great metrics. No customer complaints. This app is a must have, probably my favorite app in the app store right now. What are you waiting for? I recommend downloading it yesterday.
