Navidium Shipping Protection

Great app for the small business. No third parties needed to manage insurance process. The Navidium team was very quick helping to install an app. I highly recommend it to every Shopify store owner.

This app is amazing and soooo much better than ROUTE which takes all the money. Customer service is fantastic and the creator really wants to help you make money and improve your store. I'm so glad I have this app, it's helped immensely considering I sell collectables and gives my customers a piece of mind. Highly recommended!

Navidium Shipping Protection has worked well for our small business. I only wish it didn't show up as a product as most people do 'opt in' it will generally be in your top three with no way to filter it out of an actual store product vs shipping protection.

After some hiccups and bugs during installation, the Navidium team went ABOVE and BEYOND to help bring the app and its full potential to our store. This is by far the best customer service x dev support I think might exist in the app store today. I can't wait to start taking implementing all of the hard work put in on our store. Thanks again, Navidium team - I will be recommending to all my fellow store owners! P.S. Wayyyyyyyy better than Route!!
