Navidium Shipping Protection

Super easy and allows you to customize the name of your shipping protection as well as color and icon. Also love it because it allows us to handle our own claims. With Route, customers would email us first anyway, so it was a hassle directing them to another service. With Navidium we can just handle it.

Customer service is prompt, friendly and you get a real person! The app is new to me but so far so good and my customers are opting for the insurance. It's a win-win and I'm stoked to have found an app that doesn't take a percentage of profit share.

Simply put Navidum shipping has hands down improved value for my customers and our bottom line. The revenue generated from it covers or marine transit insurance and any excess we need to pay when we have a claim and there’s some left over for us in the end. One of our sunk costs is now a revenue stream.

Fantastic app. prior to finding this app we were working with route but were repeatedly unhappy with their claims process. Using route lead to customer service issues that we felt were difficult to resolve in a three-way relationship between us, route, and the customer. We had already made the decision to leave route when stumbling across Navidium more than a year ago. This app facilitates inhouse management of shipping protection and was able to not only replace route but to greatly improve our claims mangagement process directly with our customers. In addition we were able to increase revenue and increase our margin. A true win-win.

Truly a one-of-a-kind solution to an interesting variety of problems, I recommend Navidium hands down. Not to mention their co-founder Marc is a down to earth, problem solving go-getter with a fantastic attitude. We've had the app for a few months now and we've been very pleased with the Navidium app - it was easy to get installed and we're definitely seeing a nice revenue stream from it. I'd say it was an easy way to increase our revenue by 1-2%. The support from the app team has been excellent.
