Navidium Shipping Protection

We recently switched from Route to Navidium and had such great success! Customer service is very helpful and responsive.

Navidium has been a complete lifesaver for us after dealing with the problematic Route app. Navidium gives us more flexibility to price our shipping protection and allows us to further elevate of brand's trust with our customers by allowing us to private label the shipping protection with "our" company's name, opposed to marketing another company's name like Route.

Excellent customer service and implementation experience. Prompt responses from support. App works great. It gives us significantly more flexibility than previous apps we've used.
