I'm so glad I found Navidium! I switched from Route to them over a year ago and it's the best decision I made. Not only is it easy to setup and the service is spot on, the process of customer service with my clients is much easier. They don't need to go through another company for service if their parcel is damaged, missing, etc. They deal directly with my company and the added human touch is a plus. Navidium is a great app. Honestly, it is so simple to use and allows me to generate extra income so I can cover any shipping issues that my customers face. They also have a ton of features to help me tailor the Navidium to specific products.

From the start I could tell the team behind this app weren't new to this game. They quickly installed and set up the app for us, and it literally took us maybe a day or two before the monthly app fees were covered just from shipping insurance fees we collected. App runs butter smooth, doesn't add any lag (which can not be said for some of the comparable apps), and support is quick to reply to any question. However nothing is as satisfying as opening the dashboard each day to see the growth revenue and seeing how I'm able to both satisfy our customers and still recover some of my insane shipping costs at the same time. This is an absolute must to any shopify store big or small. If you sell products and ship them, download it and have them set it up for you. You will not regret it. Excited to try order bumps!!!
