We would highly recommend Navidium for shipping protection. We have used other popular services and Navidium is better in everyway. The other guys made it more difficult for us and our customers. They wanted customers to download their app and made our customers file police reports in order to initiate a claim. After paying Route hundreds of dollars each week and not seeing any of that money ourselves, we switched to Navidium, which allows us to keep any money that isn't used to replace or refund orders.
