I love how Navidium lets the merchants provide their own insurance by transferring the shipping warranty money to the merchants instead of keeping it. This pads our bottom line while giving us the control to help our customers if an issue arises. All other apps take all of the revenue or a percentage, so having Navidium is a huge benefit to our business!

Super easy and allows you to customize the name of your shipping protection as well as color and icon. Also love it because it allows us to handle our own claims. With Route, customers would email us first anyway, so it was a hassle directing them to another service. With Navidium we can just handle it.

This application is truly remarkable in every aspect. It has provided us with an additional source of income for our store while simultaneously offering an extra layer of security for our customers to ensure their orders. It's a win-win situation for all involved. Fantastic app that gives all the power and revenue of Shipping protection to the merchant. Additionally, there are new features outside of shipping protection added to this feature set basically every quarter or even more often. We have killed it with Navidium and won't switch to a different provider anytime in the foreseeable future.

Excellent app, easy installation and quickly added additional revenue to our business. We were getting lots of packages that customers said they didn't receive or were stolen, this helps recoup those losses. Navidium Shipping Protection has worked well for our small business. I only wish it didn't show up as a product as most people do 'opt in' it will generally be in your top three with no way to filter it out of an actual store product vs shipping protection.
