Great concept and app, but it needs customization at installation. Also, knock, knock??? Is there someone there?The developer is nowhere to be found. Sent many emails withotu answers...so app must be dead on in autopilot. The app has been reported to Shopify.
it could have been an awesome thing to offer on my shop. but it is the Worst app! Problems with installation. Loading times take for ever. Constant error messages. The discount is way off. set it to accept 10% at higehst, but it accepted offer with 60% discount. The function doesn't work, most of time On the shop.
if all this was fixed, it would be an great app for an shop, but for the moment 1 star.
I've been sending messages for several days for an integration problem and no one answers.

I changed to this app from the competition Make an Offer whom I have been with for years. I did not want to leave by I was losing sales because of the system .This automation is very good and sales have increased. However, I have a large catalog of one-of-a-king items and I need to be able to disable the offer option on particular items so that they never haver an offer option no matter what collection (s) they live in. I achieved that with Make an Offer by using a SKU that flagged that item so that I could internally delete the make an offer button. I contacted support regarding this issue and was given an irrelevant answer and no help. I went into detail explaining the problem and never got a reply. So here I am, making more sales on one hand, but having to give discounts on items that I don't want to on the other hand so I am making and losing money. Guess I am on my own, take it or leave it. I am now deciding if I want to dump this app, checking numbers and will decide if I want to go back to Make An Offer. They actually reached out and wanted to know why I left and are working to fix their issues. I actually mattered to them.
Update: 12-1-23 They have disappeared from my website and my dashboard.
Update:12-6 2023 I sent an email an did not hear back from them. I looked all over the internet for any clue as to why they disappeared. My customers were upset contacting me about wanting to make offers and I had to do them manually. Over the weekend I installed a different offer app. Learning a new app during the Christmas rush was not want I wanted to do, but it is a critical time of year. I heard back from Negotio on Monday and Matt told me that they had a critical server problem and that the system should be working now. It's too late for me, I found another app, but if you are searching for info, this is the story of what happened. Negotio is still a good app that generates sales at an affordable price. I would recommend.
We have used this app on two sites now and it brings us additional sales. Always works and support is always responsive and very thorough even fixing other small issues. Can't recommend highly enough.
