Having to change my glowing 5 star review as I have had a very rocky road with Nembol for nearly 2 years. Constant bugs however support will blame other issues which are not the issue. The products cannot be mapped (so when the system does fail you it cannot resync items on there - you have to delete them all and start again - I've had to do this several times) support can seem helpful but in reality, it doesn't solve the issues. One of the most visually inviting sync management systems but it is so flawed its unworkable. Might work for those with a very small inventory but for us, it caused more stress then help - and it $50 a month that's not fair.
Some people in support are nice, others arrogant - I am sure they will try to comment on this review to blame us and not their app - but the fact you cannot even change the email associated with the Nembol account demonstrates how much more work needs to be done to make this app work for the customer. Feel I have given them a very fair chance over the last couple of years and a monthly subscription of $50 to boot. I have a support chat that stretches a mile and still left without a correctly functioning sync. They keep adding new features without fixing the primary purpose.

My experience has been pretty great. Nembol does what it claims to do, has responsive chat customer service through the website, and overall offers a ton of value with both listing and inventory sync. ________________________PROS___________________________________
-Syncs with channels reliably (Shopify, Etsy and Ebay for us)
-Manages stock numbers without hiccups (So far, not a single problem, which is frankly amazing given my experience with several other options for inv counting)
-Customer Service is friendly and responsive-- consistently responding within 24 hours (except for weekends | just take note: they are in Europe, mostly). Several times the CEO directly responded to me even. The whole operation has a very hands-on feel, from my perspective. -Competitive pricing (We actually saved quite a bit by switching to Nembol from other software solutions).
-Has an auto-sync that works for most things from Shopify which I wasn't expecting and is super cool.
-Platform/site is generally pretty intuitive and the UI is overall fairly easy to use and figure out.

-The documentation is a little lacking in some places.
-I have run into a bug or two with importing/getting all our items working (as is, we have about 1300 items, and about 10 are still having some trouble-- though, their team is working on it and I'm sure it'll get resolved).
-There are a few minor UI elements/quarks that take some getting used to.

I have used a few of these and I kept going back to Nembol and using up my free trial (which you can do up to 3 times, I think). One of the other apps, after I had created and ebay listing, I could not edit that listing within ebay, only from the app, which is a pain if you find yourself on ebay and notice a typo or something and think to correct it. You can with Nembol
AND it is so quick, you can throw up lots of listings on to lots of marketplaces at conce, which is great.
AND the support is quick and helpful too

So far so good!
I've only had the app a few days and already found it to be so fabulous that I have opened a 2nd account for another Etsy shop that I want to sync to Shopify.
I used the first account to swap listings from one Etsy shop to another saving me countless boring mind numbing hours of work!
The customer service is great and they get back to you quickly. I definitely recommend this app if you need to sync between Etsy and Shopify.

The customer service on Nembol has been very disappointing. I've reported issues on inventory qty updates across channels for months now, and no one can give me a straight answer. First I was told that it was a 'bug' that will be fixed 'soon' (no ETA provided), then I'm told that I have to check on 'Errors', however am not given any direction on how these Errors need to be resolved. This has meant that I am manually checking inventory stock for hundreds of items each day. Trying to organise a phone call to resolve this with Guido or Nicholas has also proven to be frustrating where I am told he can't make it, yet I am not given an alternative time. I am still waiting for a meeting invite to materialise. In saying all of this, I will be fair in saying that it is fairly simple process to connect all your channels and select specific items to publish across channels. The challenge is in keeping those items published and up-to-date when any changes need to happen - eg. a price drop, inventory update. And more importantly, in my case, having reliable customer support that is able to talk you through why things aren't functioning as they should, and what the resolution is. I am happy to give a fair and updated review of this app once I receive proper resolution from the Nembol team (particularly if it is my error that has been not/poorly communicated to me), but until this happens, my review stands that this is an underwhelming app that has proven to be more trouble than it is worth. //UPDATE// I had a great call with Nicholas who was very helpful in assisting with troubleshooting the issue. I strongly recommend pushing for a phone call if you are stuck, as this was way quicker to troubleshoot issues. Unfortunately, the issues I had flagged in my earlier review have still not yet been resolved, but at least I now have the tools to mediate any issues while the team work on finding a fix. Will continue to update this review as we progress.

The App is easy to use and saved me so much time in creating my stores on other platforms! When I encounter problems with my account, the customer support team is super responsible and prompt in helping me to solve the issue. Highly recommended.

Great App! We were able to list to all of our marketplaces at once - right through a smartphone I used the iPhone app version, and just posted to Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Facebook, Pinterest, Shopify and Twitter with a just a push of the button. Seems to have a wide reach with very little effort. Incredible, I highly recommend!
