Absolutely love the many accessories attached to this inbox and Helpdesk app. It works very well with my business and I have been enjoying it so far. Also customer service is Topnotch which is always essential and a plus .

Still early days but the support team (Rachel) helped me along the way. Really liking how you can create a draft order in the chat and send it out as a URL.

I installed the app due to site issues and needed a better way for clients to communicate the issues quickly rather than using the contact form. A lot of the Shopify apps were not working with my site but this one does. I haven't used the app much yet although it seems to function well enough for what I need, but what puts me at ease is their customer service is quick and efficient.

I'm still new but so far my experience has been great, mostly I appreciate the help I got integrating it to my shop. I installed the app and abandoned setting it up coz wasn't sure of what to do, and out of nowhere received a text asking me if I need help setting up. That I really really appreciated. Thank u very much.

Its fully live, free and very useful as it has many purposes. Also, it looks proffesionalble and the interface is fully customisable I love it!
