I highly recommend NestDesk app to any professional store for live chat. It is extremely well configured at the back end easy to use and Above and Beyond in their fast professional superior customer service to any other chat app I've used before. I don't have the best luck with technology, and they have been supportive through every step of the process to ensure I get everything set up. They go above and beyond! So, if you're looking for apps, and a supportive team behind the app is important to you, you really can't do much better than NestScale. I'm still new but so far my experience has been great, mostly I appreciate the help I got integrating it to my shop. I'm not a computer wiz, actually I installed the app and abandoned setting it up coz wasn't sure of what to do, and out of nowhere received a text asking me if I need help setting up.
