I just wanted to take the time to leave a review for the team at NestScale, and send a special thank you to them! The support team has been so helpful! I don't have the best luck with technology, and they have been supportive through every step of the process to ensure I get everything set up. They go above and beyond! So, if you're looking for apps, and a supportive team behind the app is important to you, you really can't do much better than NestScale. A special thank you to Chloe & Kevin, who have been extremely friendly and patient. Chloe even helped me on her day off, which is soo unexpected! Big thanks guys! :)

Thank you for responding fast and fixing the overlapping issue. Would recommend this app over others, as it's really easy to use and staff is more than welcome to help.

This app is really wonderful and more helpful. I highly recommend to install this app for your store to let your customers know you are available to chat or bot will be there for you

I'm still new but so far my experience has been great, mostly I appreciate the help I got integrating it to my shop. I installed the app and abandoned setting it up coz wasn't sure of what to do, and out of nowhere received a text asking me if I need help setting up. That I really really appreciated.
