It's a very good app. Rachel is very good support. The APP is very easy to use and very simple to set up. Their developer very quickly helped to solve the issue. everything looks perfectly fine.

I really like how easy the app is to use and let's you visualise your business in details! Everything is straightforward and throughly explained you're not left to figure things out on your own. No need to be tech savy at all. Definitely recommend!!!!!!

I think it's better than the Shopify Inbox app ! We took it as an alternative to the Shopify App and are very happy with it. Very good insant support!
