The customer support is on point, fast and accurate. And the app is very simple to use. They need a few tools but they are working on it.

It is pretty easy and user friendly to use! I think there should have an option where you can place a message beside the icon - for easier visibility of the site visitors.

Rachel was good at helping and The team actually needs to add many features in their chat app. Pre-made Q&A's, Placement, etc.. Good customer support.
